Job Requirements and Responsibilities

As a full-time driver for DHL Express, you will bear significant responsibilities. Your main duties will include safely and efficiently driving to ensure timely delivery of goods while always adhering to health and safety standards.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Driving Safely: Operating your vehicle according to the Driver’s Working Hours Regulations to ensure compliance with traffic safety laws and company health and safety requirements.

• Adhering to Road Safety Rules: Ensuring safety during driving to eliminate potential risks and protect yourself and others.

• Maintaining Customer Service Quality: Establishing good communication with customers, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of goods to enhance customer satisfaction.

Work Schedule and Shift Arrangements

To ensure our services remain efficient and stable, we employ a flexible shift pattern. You will work on a 5 days on, 3 days off rotation, with each cycle consisting of 4 days of work followed by 4 days off. This work pattern accommodates modern lifestyles, helping you balance work and life while allowing ample time for relaxation and recharge.

Additionally, you will need to be available for shifts between 4:00 AM and 7:00 AM to ensure that DHL Express can provide comprehensive service around the clock. Candidate Requirements

To ensure that every driver can perform their duties efficiently and professionally, DHL Express has the following basic requirements for candidates:

• At least 6 months of Class 2 driving experience: We require applicants to have at least 6 months of Class 2 driving experience to ensure you can navigate complex driving environments while adhering to relevant traffic regulations.

• Ability to adapt to shift work: Your working hours will be flexible; however, please ensure that you can maintain stable performance within the 5 days on, 3 days off shift arrangement.
